Who We Are
Bianca Prieto, Editor
Bianca Prieto is an award-winning former newspaper journalist with extensive experience in local and national publications. Her reporting career took her to newsrooms in New York City, Orlando, and Denver, where she covered breaking news and criminal justice investigations for major outlets. Bianca brings that same focus, care, and editorial instinct to every story — always with the reader in mind. She holds a journalism degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a member of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists. She lives in South Florida.
Jennifer Glatt, Curator/Writer
Jennifer Glatt is hospitality storyteller and boutique/independent hotel journalist who believes that exceptional hospitality starts with a story well told. An accomplished editorial and communications leader, she brings more than 18 years of experience helping brands craft their messaging and elevate their content, from big-picture strategy to the nuanced details that make stories resonate. As the former Editor-in-Chief of Hotel Management and Content Director at Questex Hospitality, she worked closely with industry leaders, hoteliers, operators, investors, designers, and technologists to explore timely issues and spark meaningful conversations across the hospitality landscape.
In addition to curating Mint Pillow, Jen partners with a range of hospitality clients on brand storytelling and content strategies that foster connection, build loyalty, and support long-term growth. At the core of her work is a guiding belief: hospitality starts and ends with people—and that’s where every great story begins.
